Return and Refund Policy FAQs
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from when you receive the product to return it. 2 or more consecutive returns require a 10% re-stocking fee. We don't take returns on high-end niche products like thermal and night-vision monoculars and riflescopes.
Do you offer refunds?
We will give a full refund and cover shipping if product/products arrives to the customer broken, damaged, or not as described. If it's a case where the customer just decides they don't want the product or want a different product, then they have to cover the return shipping and when the product is received in the same condition it was sent out we will then offer a full refund for initial purchase amount. Returned items have to be shipped back to Kauffman Knives and Optics, LCC fully insured and requiring a signature if over $100. 2 or more consecutive returns require a 10% re-stocking fee. Products that are returned with any sort of blemishes will automatically be charged a 10% re-stocking fee, that fee can go up depending on the extent of the blemishes or damage.
